Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn footwear in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange pair within 7-10 business days.
